Ginnie Mae is pleased to make available Version 1.0 of the Platinum Enhanced and Platinum Collateral Disclosure Layouts, for disclosure of its Multiclass Platinum information. Ginnie Mae is targeting a Production Platinum Enhanced/Platinum Collateral Disclosure Data implementation of July 2014. Two files will be produced: both the Platinum Enhanced and Collateral files will be available on the Ginnie Mae web site, Disclosure Data Download page, at 6 PM on the 10th Business Day of the month, beginning July 2014.
