On Saturday, January 19, 2013, Ginnie Mae launched a redesigned website marking the successful completion of a year-long rebranding effort. Among its many new features, the updated website has an advanced, more user-friendly navigation structure as well as new content and tools for our Issuers, investors, and other business partners.
Part of the redesign required changing the location of content and data files in the Data Disclosure area. You can now locate the two sets of disclosure information at the following website locations: by selecting “Investor Resources” from the “Doing Business with Ginnie Mae” dropdown or by selecting “MBS Disclosure Data” located at the bottom of the main web page.
In order to receive future notifications when Disclosure Bulletins or MPMs are published to Ginnie Mae’s new website, you must re-subscribe to the subscription notification service. To do so, please select “Subscribe” at the top, right corner of any page of this website. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and then to select a secret question and answer as well as your subscription preference(s).
If you do not want to be notified when Disclosure Bulletins or MPMs are published to the new Ginnie Mae website, nothing further is required on your part.
