Incorrect Removal Reason Code values reported by Nationstar Mortgage were disclosed in Ginnie Mae’s January and March 2014 MBS Monthly Loan Level files on the Disclosure Data Downloads page. The Removal Reason Code correction information, specifically the Pool ID, Disclosure Sequence Number, Reported Removal Codes, and Correct Removal Codes, are provided in the attached files: 647 loans (in the January corrections file) and 841 loans (in the March corrections file). The MBS Monthly Loan Level files from January and March will not be corrected; users should update their records accordingly.
