Lockout/Prepayment Penalty Restriction Codes:

(2) Lockout before the Lockout End Date; thereafter a Prepayment Penalty of 7% of the prepaid amount until the twelfth mortgage loan payment beyond the Lockout End Date disclosed above, declining thereafter by 1%
annually before the Prepayment Penalty End Date until it reaches 1%.
(3) Lockout before the Lockout End; thereafter a Prepayment Penalty of 5% of the prepaid amount until the thirty-sixth mortgage loan payment beyond the lockout End Date disclosed above, declining thereafter by 1% annually
before the Prepayment Penalty End Date.
(4) Lockout before the Lockout End Date; thereafter a Prepayment Penalty of 9% of the prepaid amount until the twelfth mortgage loan payment beyond the lockout End Date disclosed above, declining thereafter by 1%
