3.  To TH, until retired 4.  To TM and TN, in that order, without regard to their Aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance, until retired 5.  To TU, without regard to its Scheduled Principal Balance, until retired 6.  To ZT, until retired Scheduled Principal Balances: The Scheduled Principal Balances or Aggregate Scheduled Principal Balances for the Classes listed below are included in Schedule II to this Supplement. They were calculated using, among other things, the following Structuring Ranges or Rates: Class Structuring Ranges or Rates PAC I Classes DO, FP and Z (in the aggregate) .................................................... 100% PSA through 350% PSA EO, FB, ZA (in the aggregate)  ........................................................ 100% PSA through 350% PSA PAC II Classes DA ............................................................................................................ 135% PSA through 350% PSA KA, KB, KC and KE (in the aggregate) .......................................... 140% PSA through 325% PSA TAC Classes TU ............................................................................................................ 165% PSA TM and TN (in the aggregate).......................................................... 190% PSA Accrual Classes:  Interest will accrue on each Accrual Class identified on the front cover of this Supplement  at  the  per  annum  rate  set  forth  on  that  page.  However,  no  interest  will  be distributed to the Accrual Classes until the Distribution Date following the Distribution Date on which the Class Principal Balances of the related Accretion Directed Classes have been reduced to zero. Interest so accrued and unpaid on each Accrual Class on each Distribution Date will constitute an Accrual Amount, which will be added to the Class Principal Balance of that Class on each Distribution Date and will be distributable as principal as set forth in this Terms Sheet under "Allocation of Principal." After interest distributions commence on an Accrual Class, interest distributions will continue until the Class Principal Balance of that Class is reduced to zero. S-8
