Lockout and Penalty Codes:

amount until the sixtieth mortgage loan payment beyond the Lockout End Date disclosed above, declining thereafter by 1% annually through the Prepayment Penalty End Date disclosed above until it reaches 0%.
(8) Voluntary prepayment prohibited through the Lockout End Date, thereafter a Prepayment Penalty of 2% of the prepaid amount until the ninety-sixth mortgage loan payment beyond the Lockout End Date disclosed above, and 0% thereafter.
(9) No Lockout. Prepayment Penalty of 4% of the prepaid amount until the eleventh mortgage loan payment beyond the Issue Date disclosed above, declining thereafter by 1% annually through the Prepayment Penalty End Date disclosed above until it reaches 0%.
