In February 2018, Ginnie Mae published a disclosure bulletin announcing an enhancement to the Platinum Enhanced File, “platdaily.txt”, for Platinum WAC ARM Interest Rate Reset data. This is a reminder that Platinum Enhanced Disclosure File, version 1.4 is in effect, beginning with April New Issuances. The same layout will be in effect for the monthly Platinum Enhanced file, “platmon_201804.zip”, published on the 8th Business Day of May. The Platinum Enhanced Disclosure File Layout, version 1.4 is attached and is available on the Disclosure Download Layouts and Sample page.
