Due to April 2019 Issuer monthly reporting of incorrect First Payment Date on a small number of loans, Ginnie Mae has identified potential disclosure errors in the Monthly MBS Pool Level Portfolio File (monthly_201904.zip) and the Monthly MBS Loan Level Portfolio Files (llmon1_201904.zip and llmon2_201904.zip) published on May 8th, at 6:00 PM. Users are advised that a small number of pools and loans may be impacted by the incorrect First Payment Dates. The incorrect data is a result of problems encountered by some Issuers during the monthly reporting process. This can affect the weighted average disclosure on some of the pools (WARM, WALA, WAOLT).

At this time Ginnie Mae is providing a list of loan and pools, some of which may be affected by this reporting problem. The list is attached to this bulletin. Ginnie Mae is continuing to assess this situation and intends to publish additional information as soon as possible, but does not have an ETA for an update at this time.
