​Ginnie Mae has made test files available for users to download and test MBS Single Family Pool, Version 1.1 Disclosures, as referenced in Disclosure Bulletin 2019-040.  Two test files are now available on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page.  These test files conform to the layout Version 1.1 updates and sort order rules published in Bulletin 2019-040. The scope is "full-size" in terms of number of records and data coverage for Ginnie Mae's MBS Single Family Pool data.  The test files should be used for testing purposes related to Version 1.1 layouts and are not intended for comparison to the current Consolidated Disclosure files. 

Ginnie Mae anticipates that a first production set of test files will be made available to users by late September 2019.  The production files will be available for comparison to production Consolidated Disclosure.  Users are reminded that Ginnie Mae will be producing production files for the new MBS Single Family Pool Version 1.1 along with current production Consolidated Disclosure files for at least a 3-month parallel period.
