Effective November 20, 2021, both the legacy Multifamily Database (MFDB) download and the legacy MFDB Search functions will be relocated to the Issuers/Systems & Applications section of the Ginnie Mae Disclosure web page.

In conjunction with this relocation, the MFDB download will be removed from the Disclosure Data/Legacy Disclosure Files page. Also, the Multifamily Legacy Search function will be removed from the Disclosure Search Tools drop-down menu and the Disclosure Search Tools page.

For disclosure purposes, Multifamily data will continue to be published in the Multifamily disclosure files located on the Disclosure Data Download page. In addition, users will be able to search for Multifamily pools on the Multifamily Search.
