Bulletin 2025-024, Ginnie Mae is providing a Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) Pool Supplemental Test File to support testing and implementation readiness. This release is part of ongoing efforts to enhance disclosure transparency and includes new data elements related to Area Median Income (AMI).
Details:
A full-size test file named “test-monthlySFS_202505.txt", containing data for May 2025, is now available on the
Disclosure New Release Test File Download page. This test file includes Stratification Record 30 data, which provides additional insights on AMI metrics. This file is intended strictly for testing purposes and allows users to evaluate the upcoming production changes in advance.
