As a reminder, Ginnie Mae is releasing HMBS Monthly Loan-Level Disclosure data on the 12th Business Day of the month, 10 PM EST, beginning in August. As previously published, there will be two HMBS Monthly Loan-Level files on the Disclosure Data Download page, one for Pool Types AL, RF, and RA and one for Pool Types RM and ML.​​
