Ginnie Mae is making available revisions to the HECM Mortgage-Backed Securities (HMBS) disclosure file layouts and related data dictionaries for disclosure of Pool-Level and Loan-Level information:

• HMBS Enhanced Monthly Pool Disclosure Layout, version 4.2
• HMBS Enhanced Monthly Pool Disclosure Definitions, version 4.2
• HMBS Loan Level Disclosure File Layout, version 2.2
• HMBS Loan Level Disclosure Definitions, version 2.2

The disclosure file formats and data dictionaries are being revised to reflect the renaming of all instances of “Non-borrowing Spouse” to “Eligible Non-borrowing Spouse”, together with a clarification of the definition of Eligible Non-borrowing Spouse.

Ginnie Mae is targeting May 2015 for implementation of the HMBS Enhanced Monthly Pool Disclosure file and the HMBS Loan Level Disclosure File (monthly portfolio).
