Ginnie Mae is making available the Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) Loan-Level Disclosure Layout, version 1.0, for disclosure of single-family loan-level information. 

Ginnie Mae is targeting the third quarter of 2013 for implementing the MBS loan-level disclosure. This file will be issued for data at issuance and on a monthly basis.
 
A test file will be available in the second quarter of 2013.​
