Multifamily Disclosures. This update extends the platform’s capabilities by offering comprehensive data on Ginnie Mae’s multifamily mortgage-backed securities (MBS), furthering Ginnie Mae’s commitment to transparency and investor support.
Details
The Multifamily Disclosure dashboard delivers
monthly loan-level and pool-level data designed to give investors a deeper understanding of multifamily MBS portfolios. The dashboard includes the following fields: - Pool IDs
- Loan balances
- Interest rates
- Property types
- Delinquency status
These data points enable investors to assess portfolio composition, monitor performance, evaluate risk, and make informed decisions.
Access & Resources
In addition, a
Disclosure Plus User Guide is now accessible via the
Resource tab to assist users in navigating the platform’s features and datasets.
