REMIC Clean up Call Notice: GNMA 2003-039
US Bank, N.A. (the Trustee) will distribute the final payments to the holders of record on November 16, 2025, to the following CUSIPs: 38373QLE9, 38373QKX8 and 38373QKZ3. No further payments will be made on these CUSIPs, as it will be terminated on the Fed System.
REMIC Clean up Call Notice: GNMA 2003-077
US Bank, N.A. (the Trustee) will distribute the final payments to the holders of record on November 16, 2025, to the following CUSIPs: 38374B3U5, 38374B4E0 and 38374B4M2. No further payments will be made on these CUSIPs, as it will be terminated on the Fed System.
The Trustee, at its option, may purchase or cause the sales of the Trust Assets and thereby terminate the Trust on any distribution Date on which the aggregate of the Class Principal Balances of the Securities is less than 1% of the aggregate Original Class Principal Balances of the Securities.
