Overview
As announced in Disclosure Bulletin 2025-029 and Bulletin 2025-03​5​, Ginnie Mae is providing Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) Pool and Loan Test Files to support testing and implementation readiness for the MBS Pool and Loan Disclosure Files, Version 2.0.  This announcement is to extend the Dual-Version Period and to provide updated Production Implementation Dates.

These files are intended strictly for testing purposes and allows users to evaluate the upcoming production changes in advance. These files will be updated monthly and published on or about the 15th calendar day of each month until Production Implementation.

Schedule
  • Current Availability: Test files for October 2025 (Monthly Portfolio) and November 2025 (New Issuances) data are available now
  • Dual-Version Period: There is change from the information in Disclosure Bulletin 20​25-029: additional months of test files will be produced until the Production Implementation Dates in the table below.
  • Production Implementation Dates: The dates in Disclosure Bulletin 2025-029 have changed; the revised dates allow users additional testing time for Version 2.0 and are listed in the table below.
