PURPOSE
This bulletin announces enhancements to the Disclosure Plus analysis tool, including new advanced filtering functionality and an updated user guide. These improvements provide users with greater flexibility to drill down into datasets and customize their analysis.

SUMMARY OF UPDATES​
The Disclosure Pl​us analysis tool has bee​n updated with the following enhancements:

• Advanced Filtering Functionality: Users can now apply custom filters directly to visualizations for more granular data exploration beyond standard filter capabilities
• Updated User Guide: Comprehensive step-by-step instructions for utilizing the advanced filtering features are now available

​ADVANCED FILTERING FUNCTIONALITY
Users now can unlock deeper insights into Ginnie Mae's disclosure data by clicking directly on any visualization in the dashboard to access powerful advanced filtering options.
The new functionality allows users to add custom filters with specific conditions, edit or disable existing filters, and manage multiple filters simultaneously through an intuitive filter pane interface.

​ACCESSING THE UPDATED USER GUIDE
The updated Disclosure Plus User Guide, which includes comprehensive instructions for utilizing the new advanced filtering functionality, is available in the Disclosure Resources section on Ginnie Mae's website at www.ginniemae.gov. To access the guide:

1. Navigate to the Ginnie Mae website (www.ginniemae.gov)
2. Under the Disclosure Tab, go to the Disclosure Resources section
3. Select Data Disclosure Reference
4. Locate the Disclosure Plus User Guide
