REMIC Clean up Call Notice: GNMA 2003-098

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company (the Trustee) will distribute the final payments to the holders of record on March 20, 2026, to the following CUSIPs: 38374ETK3, 38374ETU1, 38374ETV9, 38374ETL1, 38374ETJ6, 38374EUE5, 38374EUK1 and 38374EVB0. No further payments will be made on these CUSIPs, as they will be terminated on the Fed System.

The Trustee, at its option, may purchase or cause the sales of the Trust Assets and thereby terminate the Trust on any distribution Date on which the aggregate of the Class Principal Balances of the Securities is less than 1% of the aggregate Original Class Principal Balances of the Securities.
