I. PurposeAs announced in Disclosure
Bulletin 2026-018 and
Bulletin 2026-011, Ginnie Mae is providing
Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) Pool and Loan Test Files to support testing and implementation readiness for Re-Performing Loans and for Opportunity Zone data.
II. Test File Details
The loan file provided is an April 2026 Monthly Portfolio Ginnie II loan file, containing loans with the Re-Performing Loan Indicator. The pool file provided is an April 2026 Monthly Portfolio Pool Supplemental File, containing pools with data on Re-Performing Loans (Record 31) and Opportunity Zones (Record 32).
