| Correction to Security Interest Rate for 115 Pools in April 2026 Disclosures

I. PurposeThis Bulletin notifies Ginnie Mae Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) program participants of a correction to the Pool Security Interest Rate disclosed for 115 Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM) pools for the April 2026 Report Period (Data File Name Ending 2026/04). Users are directed to update their systems accordingly using the attached pool list.
II. Background
Ginnie Mae periodically reviews pool-level disclosure data to ensure accuracy and integrity of information provided to market participants. As part of routine quality control for the April 2026 Report Period, it was identified that an incorrect Pool Security Interest Rate was disclosed for 115 ARM pools.
III.
Scope of Revision
The revision applies exclusively to the following: - Report Period: April 2026 (Data File Name Ending 2026/04)
- Pool Type: Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM) pools only
- Affected Pools: 115 pools, as identified in the attachment to this Bulletin
The April 2026 Report Period disclosures will not be republished by Ginnie Mae. All other report periods and pool disclosures are unaffected and remain valid as previously published. This correction does not apply to fixed-rate pools or any report period other than April 2026.
IV. Required Action
Users are advised to review the attached list of affected pools and, if applicable, use the corrected Pool Security Interest Rate values for the April 2026 Report Period. No action is required for pools not included on the attached list. V. Questions
