What is changing: How users automate disclosure file downloads. The attached document, “Automating_File_Download_Instructions_June2026.pdf”, provides detailed instructions on how to set up automated scripts to download disclosure files from the Ginniemae.gov website beginning July 13, 2026.

• The presentation of the pages,
• File Names,
• File Formats,
• Release Schedule dates and times,
• Disclosure Pool Search, and
• the Registration for gaining access to the Disclosure pages 

III.  Testing Details
​​Beginning Friday, June 12th and concluding on Friday, July 10^th, 2026, Ginnie Mae is providing users a test environment to prepare/test their scripts prior to the website change/Implementation Date of Monday, July 13, 2026. The testing site is drupal.tst.ginniemae.gov.

IV. Implementation
Following the completion of the testing period, the Ginniemae.gov website improvements will go into production on Monday, July 13, 2026.
