I. Purpose
This announcement provides a schedule for Test File Availability for MBS Pool and Loan Disclosures, for Version 2.0.  Ginnie Mae has previously announced plans to implement MBS Pool and Loan Disclosures Version 2.0 (see Bulletins 2024-045, 2025-029, and 2025-042)​​.

​​​​II.  Testing Details
​​Version 2.0 Test Files are being provided on the New Release Test File Download Page.  These will assist users with preparation for the August 2026 implementation.  Version 2.0 data sets by month are available for users to access on this schedule:
