Ginnie Mae is making available the Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) Multifamily Loan Level Disclosure Layout, version 1.0, for disclosure of Monthly Multifamily Loan-Level information.

The Monthly Multifamily Loan Level Disclosure production file will be available for testing purposes on the 6th business day of February 2016 (February 8th). The actual production file release will begin on the 6th business day of April 2016 (April 8th).
