2017-037: Platinum Pool Processing Application launching in July. Register for training today.

Dear Ginnie Mae Platinum Depositors,

Ginnie Mae is pleased to announce the upcoming release of the new Platinum Pool Processing Application on the MyGinnieMae Portal. Our transition away from the Ginnie Mae Platinum Upload Web Page to the new portal based application will begin with July issuance (July 13th – 8th business day). Many of you have seen demonstrations of this new application which will automate and streamline Platinum Processing in a user-friendly fashion, so we know this comes as good news.

In order to prepare for this rollout, we’re asking Ginnie Mae Platinum Depositors to participate in a live WebEx training session on how to establish user access to the MyGinnieMae Portal and how to use the new Platinum Application.

If you have not already registered for training, please send an email to ginniemae1@bnymellon.com confirming which session you would like to attend.

If you already registered for training but would like to attend a different session, please send an email to ginniemae1@bnymellon.com and confirm which session you want to cancel and which session you would like to attend.

  • SESSION ONE: Monday June 12, 2017 at 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (EST)
  • SESSION TWO: Thursday June 15, 2017 at 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (EST) ***THIS SESSION HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT*** 
  • NEW SESSION: Thursday June 29, 2017 at 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (EST)

Once you have registered for one of the sessions, you will receive a calendar invite with the WebEx link and Dial In.

Please note that portal registration instructions and training materials will be posted to the Ginnie Mae website and sent to you via email in the next couple of weeks.
