Data Previously Announced in Standalone Supplemental File will be in the Platinum Enhanced File
In the Disclosure bulletin of July 12, 2017, the “Supplemental Platinum WAC ARM File” was announced as a new, standalone file for the Platinum WAC ARM disclosures. Ginnie Mae has decided to include the Platinum WAC ARM disclosure data as a new record type, type “Y”, in the existing Platinum Enhanced file rather than publish a new, standalone file. Previously, the Platinum Enhanced file contained only “P” and “W” records; now it will contain “P”, “W”, and “Y” records. There will be no separate standalone file for Platinum WAC ARM disclosure data (as previously announced).
Test Files and Implementation
Test files for all three files will be made available on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page in early September, 2017. Anticipated implementation for the three files is the 4th Quarter of 2017. The specific implementation month will be provided in a separate bulletin.
