Users are reminded that the Factor Files published on the 4th Business Day of the month (“A” files) are preliminary and are not final.

The final Factor Files (“B” files) are published at 8 PM on the 6th Business Day. Generally there are no changes or very few changes to the factor data in the Factor A files. However, this month there are several changes between the Factor A GII file and the final Factor B GII file that will be published tonight.

Changes between the “factorA2_201806.txt” file and the “factorB2_201806.txt” file:

• There are changes to the factor data for 94 Multiple Issuer Pools, which users will see in the “factorB2_201806.txt” file, published tonight, July 10th at 8 PM. A listing of the Pool IDs is attached as “June2018_MIPPools_July10Bulletin.xlsx”.
• There are changes to the factor data for 129 HECM Pools, which users will see in the “factorB2_201806.txt” file, published tonight, July 10th at 8 PM. Of these 129 HECM Pools with factor changes, 26 of these pools also have changes to the Prospective Interest Rate. A listing of the Pool IDs is attached as “June2018_HECM_Pools_July10Bulletin.xlsx”.

There are no changes to the Factor A GI and B GI files. Only the Factor B GII files have changes.
