Ginnie Mae is pleased to provide a new Loan Liquidation (pay-off) file “llmonliq_YYYYMM” with detailed liquidated loan information related to unscheduled RPB changes in the Factor A files. This file will be published monthly on the fourth business day of every month at 9:30 PM Eastern Time. The format of the file will be pipe bar delimited “|” and will contain information for Ginnie Mae’s Mortgaged Back Securities (MBS) Single Family, MBS Multifamily, Manufactured Housing, HECM MBS (HMBS) programs. The layout for the Ginnie Mae Loan Liquidation File is attached.

On August 13th, 2018 a test file, named, “llmonliq_YYYYMM”, will be available on the New Release Test File Download page. This file should be used for testing purposes. A full production test file will be posted on September 6, 2018.

Ginnie Mae anticipates implementing the “llmonliq_YYYYMM” file on the Disclosure Data Download page in October, 2018.
