Ginnie Mae is pleased to provide Data Disclosure information for HECM MBS (HMBS) Platinum Securities, which will be physically separate from the existing Platinum Disclosure Files. The HMBS Platinum Disclosure file will provide data for both New Issuances and Monthly files. A layout of the Platinum Collateral Disclosure (version 1.0) is attached.

Collateral for the HMBS Platinum pools will be available in two existing disclosure files: The existing Daily (platdcoll.txt) and Monthly (platcoll_YYYYMM.zip) files as of the Implementation Schedule below. The layout for the Platinum Collateral will remain unchanged, although instructions for the Platinum Collateral layout have been updated (see attached version 1.3.1). HMBS Platinum Pool Factor data will be available in the existing Factor B file, “factorB2_YYYYMM.zip”, beginning as early as March 2019 (“factorB2_201902.zip”).

Implementation Schedule
It is anticipated that the HMBS Platinum Disclosure will begin with February 2019 data: February 2019 New Issuance File data (a daily file, cumulative for the month) and for February 2019 Monthly data (once per month on the 8th Business Day, 6 PM ET, of the following month). File layouts will be effective February 1, 2019. The “hplatdaily.txt” and “hplatmon_YYYYMM.zip” will be published on the Disclosure Data Download page.
