Ginnie Mae is pleased to announce additional loan liquidation disclosure files, utilizing the same layout announced in Bulletin 2018-076 (the first production Loan Liquidation Disclosure File).

The expansion of the Loan Liquidation File layout (located on Ginnie Mae’s Disclosure Data Download Layouts and Sample Files page), will have the new version number, Version 1.1, providing two new disclosures (in addition to the existing 4th Business Day Disclosure):

  • A single set of MBS Single Family Loan Liquidation data from October 2009 – March 2019 (a one-time history file), and;
  • A monthly 6th Business Day Loan Liquidation Disclosure File.

Version 1.1 of the Loan Liquidation File is attached and is effective May 2019.
