In the 2019-019 Disclosure Bulletin, Ginnie Mae provided a listing of potential disclosure errors in its MBS Loan and Pool level data for April 2019. Ginnie Mae has completed the assessment of the issue and is providing correction data for 543 pools and the related loans. The corrected Loans and Pools are in the file attached to this bulletin in their standard layouts/formats. No additional April 2019 correction files should be expected from Ginnie Mae. The “monthly_201904.zip”, “llmon1_201904.zip”, and “llmon2_201904.zip” files from May 8th will not be republished. Users should update their systems accordingly.
