Ginnie Mae is providing this bulletin to inform users of a change to two Multiple Issuer Pools, MA6243 and MA6244, in MBS Pool Level and Loan Level July New Issuance Disclosure files. In previous July 2019 “daily.txt” and “dailyll_new.txt” files, these 2 pools (and related loans) were included in files published on the Disclosure Data Download page. Beginning with the files disclosed on Saturday, July 20th, users should not expect these two pools and the related loans to be disclosed.
