Ginnie Mae has republished a complete Multifamily Database File, “mfdb.zip”, for October 18th, 2019 on the Disclosure Data Download page​; the file with a “Last Updated” time of 9:24 AM is the complete file. An incomplete version of the file was published on that page prior to that time.
