Ginnie Mae is providing updated instructions for the Consolidated Disclosure Layout. The layout itself, as announced in the June 13th bulletin, has not changed. The layout instructions on page one have been clarified to include Disclosure applicability (for New Issuance Disclosure and Monthly Disclosure). |
