Ginnie Mae has made test files available for users to download and test for Platinum Pool Disclosures, Version 2.0, as referenced in Disclosure Bulletin 2020-032. Two test files are now available on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page with June 2020 test data. The test files should be used for testing purposes related to Version 2.0 and are not intended for comparison to the current/production Platinum Pool Disclosure files.

Ginnie Mae anticipates that a full-size production set of test files will be made available for testing by the end of September 2020. The production test files will be available for comparison to production Platinum Pool Disclosure files. The Target Implementation Date for Platinum Pool Version 2.0 remains as January 2021.
