In May 2020, Ginnie Mae began providing the daily, monthly new issuance, and monthly portfolio files for Consolidated Disclosure on the Legacy Disclosure Files page (see Disclosure Bulletin 2020-027). Ginnie Mae has been providing these legacy files for users to fully transition to the Ginnie Mae Single Family Pool Disclosures. By mid-November 2020, Ginnie Mae will discontinue providing these three legacy files, per the schedule below:

All three files will be removed from the Legacy Disclosure Files page by November 16th, 2020. Be aware that the Legacy Disclosure Files page will remain active for future legacy file uses.
There is no change to the Ginnie Mae Single Family Pool Disclosures.
