Ginnie Mae is providing the following information related to the November 2020 Multifamily Portfolio Pool and Loan Level Data:

Due to servicer reporting problems, Ginnie Mae Multifamily pools BI6939, BI6941 and BN6733 have incorrect loan delinquency information. These loans are actually current and not delinquent. All other disclosure data for these pools remains the same.

The previously published Multifamily monthly disclosure file will not be republished; users of the disclosure data should update their records accordingly.
