As announced in Disclosure Bulletin 2022-001, Ginnie Mae is providing a set of MBS SF Pool Monthly Files, Version 1.2.3 test file for testing purposes. Two full-size production monthly files, “test-monthlySFPS_202112.zip” and “test-monthlySFS_202112.zip”, are provided with December 2021 data on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page. The “test-monthlySFS_202112.zip” file contains the new Record Type 26 records.
The Production Implementation Date for this file on the Disclosure Data Download Files page remains as March 8th, 2022.
