Ginnie Mae announced the Implementation Schedule for the Loan Performance Disclosure file in bulletin 2023-015. This bulletin provides a revised Implementation Schedule for both the Loan Performance Disclosure test file and the production implementation dates; see dates below. Version 1.0 of the Loan Performance Disclosure file layout is attached; in it are the updated Implementation Dates.
Test File: One quarterly test file, “Test-LoanPerf_YYYYMM.zip”, will be provided on or about June 28th on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page.
