Beginning July 1, 2023, a new Pool Type value ("SA") can appear in the HMBS Pool and Loan-level disclosures. This new Pool Type identifies a one year (annual) adjustable rate SOFR index pool.
The HMBS Pool Disclosure Definitions and Loan Level Disclosure Definitions documents have been revised to reference the new SOFR Pool Type. The HMBS Loan Level Disclosure File Layout document has also been revised (a non-format revision) to reference the new Pool Type value.
