Ginnie Mae is providing notice of a correction to the implementation date for the revised multifamily pool and loan disclosure file layout published in Bulletin 2023-024.
In Bulletin 2023-024, it was announced that an “Estimated Mortgage Amount” field, which is associated with construction loans, was being added to the Pool section of the disclosure record. The implementation date for the Multifamily Pool and Loan New Issuance Daily (mfpldaily3.txt) was erroneously listed for July 3, 2023. The correct date is July 1, 2023. Below is a revised schedule.

The revised Multifamily Pool and Loan Monthly Portfolio Disclosure will replace the current disclosure on the Disclosure Data Download Files page. There will not be an overlap period where both the version 3.2 and version 3.3 formats will be available.
