As announced in Disclosure Bulletin 2023-025, Ginnie Mae is providing a Loan Performance File test file for testing purposes. One full-size production quarterly file, “test-LoanPerf_202303.zip”, is provided with January-March 2023 data on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page.
The Production Implementation Date for the first Quarterly Loan Performance file (including April, May, June data) on the Disclosure Data Download Files page remains as 12th Business Day of July, 2023.
