Ginnie Mae has added a new section to “ESG” screen under the Disclosure Data Pool Search​ results “Composition” tab. The new section of the ESG screen provides ESG information on the number of Loans, Loan %, UPB, and UPB% in the pool for Low/Moderate Borrower Income Values.

The original section of the screen, for Low/Moderate Income Geographic Areas, has no data change, but the section label has been modified to distinguish it clearly from the newly-added section.
