Ginnie Mae is notifying users that Ginnie Mae is making updates to its website to improve performance related to Automation of Data Disclosure Download Files. See below for details. The improvements will go into production on October 14, 2023.
Developers using automated scripts or programs to download disclosure files should be advised that the upcoming change may affect their current download automation scripts. Users will be able to test their download scripts against the Test Environment prior to the upgrade on the Ginnie Mae Production website. Updates will be made to the below webpages: - Disclosure Data Download

- Test File Download
- Legacy Disclosure Files
Ginnie Mae is providing a test area (https://bulk.tst.ginniemae.gov) and website Test Environment (https://tst.ginniemae.gov) to verify your scripting: the same files on the same schedule that are posted to the Disclosure Data Download page are provided on this test page. Users should create a separate test User Profile to test your scripts in the Test environment (not use the same Profile as used in https://www.ginniemae.gov).
