Ginnie Mae is pleased to announce the enhanced disclosure of MBS Single Family Prospectus Files and HMBS Prospectus Files.  The files can now be accessed in the following locations:

• MBS and HMBS Pool Search:  Individual Prospectus Files are available via the File Downloads tab from the disclosure Pool Search results page.  The Prospectus file can be obtained by searching by the Pool ID or CUSIP.

• MBS and HMBS Prospectus Download page:  The MBS and HMBS Prospectus Download page can be accessed by navigating to Disclosure > Disclosure Resources > MBS/HMBS Prospectuses.  It provides MBS and HMBS pages that list nearly all of the Prospectus files, available for download.  To access MBS Prospectus files prior to Issuance year 2010, please follow the instructions on the main Prospectus download page.
