As announced in Disclosure Bulletin 2023_059, Ginnie Mae is providing HMBS Portfolio Pool Disclosure test files for testing purposes. A full-size monthly disclosure file, “test-hmonthlyPS_202311.zip” and a full-size monthly disclosure file “test-hmonthlyS_202311.zip”, are provided with Production November 2023 reporting period data on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page.

For each of the months of January 2024 through March 2024, the stratified-record format HMBS Portfolio Pool Disclosure file (production data for the respective reporting period) will be posted on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page on the 10th business day as follows:

There is no change to the current Disclosure Data Download Page. The current-format pool new issuance and monthly portfolio disclosures will continue to be posted on the Disclosure Data Download Files page for the months of January through March.

Beginning on April 2nd 2024, production of the current-format pool new issuance and monthly portfolio disclosures will cease. The stratified-record format pool new issuance and monthly portfolio disclosures will replace them on the Disclosure Data Download Files page per the following schedule:
