Ginnie Mae is making available a full-size test file via the Test File Download page for testing and familiarization purposes of these three disclosure processes:
- HMBS Loan Level Monthly Disclosure (Release 2)
- HMBS Daily New Issuance Loan Level
- HMBS Monthly New Issuance Loan Level
All three disclosure processes utilize the same file layout; accordingly, the test data file is representative of the data that will be found in each of the actual disclosure data files.
On Tuesday, July 1, 2014, Ginnie Mae will begin releasing HMBS Daily New Issuance Loan-Level Disclosure data. Going forward, this file will be released each workday at 4:00pm.
On Monday, August 4, 2014, Ginnie Mae will also begin releasing the HMBS New Issuance Monthly Loan-Level Disclosure data. This file will contain July 2013 HMBS New Issuance Loan-Level Disclosure data. Going forward the HMBS Monthly New Issuance Disclosure data will be released monthly on the second Business Day of the month, 10 PM EST.
On Thursday, July 17, 2014, Ginnie Mae will release fully populated monthly loan-level Disclosure data for existing, active Single-Family HMBS. Going forward, the file will be released on a monthly basis (12th business day at 10:00pm).
