As announced in Ginnie Mae Disclosure bulletins on Jan 23rd and Jan 31st, Ginnie Mae made the Ginnie Mae REMIC Data Search available on ginniemae.gov. Since those announcements, Ginnie Mae has published bulletins announcing supplemental REMIC Factor Tranche data for  December 2016 and for February 2017. These data sets have been incorporated into the Ginnie Mae REMIC Data Search as well. If, in the future, supplemental REMIC Factor Tranche data are published via a Disclosure bulletin, that data will be made searchable in the same manner.

On Friday, May 19, 2017, the legacy REMIC search will be redirected to the REMIC Data Search on ginniemae.gov.

There is no change to the existing Multiclass REMIC download page on ginniemae.gov, which lists all REMIC documents by item, available for download.
