Ginnie Mae is announcing the publishing of additional REMIC Factor Tranche Data that was not included in the REMIC 2 Factor file, “remic2_202503.zip", published to the Disclosure Data Download page on April 17th, 2025.  The attached file, “remic2supp2_202503.txt", is a separate, one-time supplement to the REMIC 2 Factor file and contains 19 records.  The REMIC 1 Factor and REMIC 2 Factor files will not be republished; users should update their records accordingly.​​
