Ginnie Mae is announcing the publishing of additional REMIC Factor Tranche data that was not included in the REMIC 2 Factor file, remic2_201703.zip, published to the Disclosure Data Download page on April 17th. The attached file, remic2supp_201703.txt, is a separate, one-time supplement to the REMIC 2 Factor file and contains 20,225 records. The REMIC 1 Factor and REMIC 2 Factor files will not be republished; users should update their records accordingly.
